They are supplied in a dormant, unrooted or part rooted state with no leaves or shoots on the stems during October & with new buds, leaves or shoots forming when dispatched November to Late Spring. Penni Our Special Girl

Penni Our Special Girl Rose is a magnificent Floribunda rose with large, swirling purple blooms that feature a silver reverse, creating a truly elegant display. The flowers are proudly held in large clusters, with up to 12 blooms per stem, making it a striking addition to any garden.
This rose boasts a wonderfully strong fragrance and is complemented by high-health bronzed and matt green foliage.
The rose ‘Penni Our Special Girl’ is our way of remembering my lovely daughter and sister to Ross, who had a learning disability and was taken from us so suddenly and unexpectedly.
